  Ensure all items are disassembled and securely repacked in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Pickup

  Our specialized white-glove logistics partners will coordinate a convenient time to collect the furniture directly from your residence.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse confirms the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
